Spaghetti with champignons and fresh herbs in a delicate creamy sauce

Ingredients:

  • 450 g of Spaghetti No.3 Federici
  • 450 g of champignons
  • 250 g cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • Fresh greens
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instruction manual:

  1. To make the creamy mushroom sauce, chop the mushrooms and garlic and fry them in a frying pan with olive oil. Then pour in the cream and soy sauce and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  2. Boil the spaghetti in a saucepan with plenty of salted water until cooked according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Put the finished pasta on plates, adding a fragrant creamy mushroom sauce on top. Garnish the resulting delicious dish with fresh chopped herbs.
