Fettuccine with chicken and mushrooms in cream sauce


A classic that will definitely appeal to everyone. Mushrooms, creamy sauce and tender chicken are really a win–win combination, especially when combined with your favorite pasta.

These products will definitely be found in your refrigerator, and the cooking process will take a few minutes!


  • Fettuccine Federici — 200 g
  • Chicken fillet — 300 g
  • Champignons — 200 g
  • Olive oil — 2 tbsp. l .
  • Butter — 2 tbsp. l .
  • Onion — 1 pc.
  • Garlic — 2 cloves
  • Sour cream — 200 g
  • Parmesan cheese — 40 g
  • Chopped fresh parsley — 1 handful
  • Salt and pepper — to taste

How to cook:

  1. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces, add salt, pepper and fry in oil for 3 minutes until golden brown. Add the mushrooms to it and fry for another 5 minutes.
  2. Boil the pasta until al dente.
  3. Fry the finely chopped onion and garlic in butter. Next, add sour cream, chicken, mushrooms and grated cheese. Mix the resulting ingredients with the paste. Sprinkle with chopped herbs and add the parmesan cheese
