Buckwheat noodles with chicken and vegetables

Long gluten-free noodles from buckwheat flour Federici will not only make the dish tasty and healthy, but also allow you to add it to the menu for those who, for whatever reason, are limited in nutrition
Ingredients:
- Long gluten—free noodles from buckwheat flour Federici – 250 g
- Chicken fillet — 300 g
- Carrots — 1 pc.
- Olive oil — 2 tbsp
- Green beans — 100 g
- Bell pepper — 1 pc.
- Soy sauce — 3 tbsp. l
- Salt — to taste
- Lemon juice — 1 tsp
- Celery stalk — 1 pc.
Cooking:
- Fry small pieces of fillet in olive oil for seven minutes, and then put the meat aside.
- Cut the vegetables into long strips, then put them out in a frying pan, add the beans, pour in soy sauce, lemon juice, salt and simmer for another 15 minutes.
- Boil the noodles, add them to the chicken and vegetables. Serve it to the table.
