Spaghetti with spicy spicy puttanesca sauce

Ingredients:
Spaghetti – 300 g
Anchovies – 2 pcs.
Tomatoes – 5 pcs.
Pitted olives Federici
– 100 g
Onion – 1 pc.
Garlic – 2 cloves
Capers – 2 tbsp. l
Tomato paste – 2 tbsp. l
Olive oil – 2 tbsp. l
Oregano – 2 tsp
Fresh parsley
Ground red pepper and salt to taste
Preparation:
Put a saucepan with slightly salted pasta water on the stove. While the water is heating up, let’s prepare the sauce.
Chop the onion, anchovies and garlic and simmer in a frying pan with olive oil.
Then add the tomato paste and simmer for a couple more minutes.
At this time, put the spaghetti in a saucepan with boiling water and cook according to the instructions.
Back to the sauce. Chop the tomatoes and add them to the pan, seasoning with oregano, ground red pepper and a pinch of salt.
Put the capers and olives here and simmer the mixture until tender for about 10-15 minutes.
Put the finished spaghetti on plates and spread the sauce on top. Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped fresh parsley.
