Spaghetti with spicy spicy puttanesca sauce

Ingredients:
- Spaghetti – 300 g
- Anchovies – 2 pcs.
- Tomatoes – 5 pcs.
- Pitted olives Federici – 100 g
- Onion – 1 pc.
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Capers – 2 tbsp. l
- Tomato paste – 2 tbsp. l
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp. l
- Oregano – 2 tsp
- Fresh parsley
- Ground red pepper and salt to taste
Preparation:
- Put a saucepan with slightly salted pasta water on the stove. While the water is heating up, let’s prepare the sauce.
- Chop the onion, anchovies and garlic and simmer in a frying pan with olive oil.
- Then add the tomato paste and simmer for a couple more minutes.
- At this time, put the spaghetti in a saucepan with boiling water and cook according to the instructions.
- Back to the sauce. Chop the tomatoes and add them to the pan, seasoning with oregano, ground red pepper and a pinch of salt.
- Put the capers and olives here and simmer the mixture until tender for about 10-15 minutes.
- Put the finished spaghetti on plates and spread the sauce on top. Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped fresh parsley.
