Spaghetti with spicy spicy puttanesca sauce



  • Spaghetti – 300 g
  • Anchovies – 2 pcs.
  • Tomatoes – 5 pcs.
  • Pitted olives Federici – 100 g
  • Onion – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Capers – 2 tbsp. l
  • Tomato paste – 2 tbsp. l
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp. l
  • Oregano – 2 tsp
  • Fresh parsley
  • Ground red pepper and salt to taste


  1. Put a saucepan with slightly salted pasta water on the stove. While the water is heating up, let’s prepare the sauce.
  2. Chop the onion, anchovies and garlic and simmer in a frying pan with olive oil.
  3. Then add the tomato paste and simmer for a couple more minutes.
  4. At this time, put the spaghetti in a saucepan with boiling water and cook according to the instructions.
  5. Back to the sauce. Chop the tomatoes and add them to the pan, seasoning with oregano, ground red pepper and a pinch of salt.
  6. Put the capers and olives here and simmer the mixture until tender for about 10-15 minutes.
  7. Put the finished spaghetti on plates and spread the sauce on top. Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped fresh parsley.
