Whole grain spaghetti with basil pesto and dried tomatoes
Cooking time: 20-30 minutes.
Ingredients for 4 people
- Spaghetti Integrale Federici 320 g
- Bioitalia Dried Tomatoes in Olive Oil 180 g
- Bioitalia pesto sauce with basil pesto 180 g
- Bioitalia Extra Virgin Olive Oil 20 g
- Toast bread 70 g
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
- Prepare pasta in salt boiling water until «al dente»
- Then fry the pasta over medium heat with a few tablespoons of water, pesto sauce with basil and chopped dried tomatoes
- Serve with toasted bread, after sprinkling the dish with olive oil.
