Casserole with pasta, cottage cheese and tomato sauce


A casserole is always a good idea! Especially when it turns out to be juicy, satisfying and tender at the same time. Like our current version, which will bring the whole family together at a common table one cozy November evening.

Start cooking, and the household will come to the charming smell coming from the kitchen!


  • Corrugated springs Federici — 350 g
  • Mozzarella cheese — 450 g
  • Tomato sauce — 700 ml
  • Low—fat cottage cheese – 230 g
  • Low—fat sour cream – 230 g
  • Garlic — 5 cloves
  • Salt and pepper — to taste


  1. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, and pass the garlic through a press.
  2. Boil the pasta until al dente. Place in a baking dish, mix with the sauce, cottage cheese, sour cream, garlic and half of the mozzarella. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Bake for 15-25 minutes at 190 ° C until cooked.
