Durum wheat of group ‘A’ pasta is produced at the Ameria pasta factory on modern equipment of the Swiss company Buhler in accordance with the latest technologies. The assortment is presented in 10 different formats in packing of 500 g and 3 kg. The Federici line also includes whole-grain pasta in three formats of 400 g packaging.
In 2019, at the factory was launched the Italian automated production line of long pasta Pavan, which produces gluten free pasta from red lentils, buckwheat, corn and rice, as well as brown rice with amaranth and quinoa. The quality of gluten free Federici products is confirmed by AOECS certificates for gluten free food and GFSO. Moreover, all brand production complies with the international BRC food safety standard.
In addition, in Italy, under the Federici brand name are produced premium canned vegetables: artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, capers, canned tomatoes, olives and pesto sauces; as well as a line of egg noodles and short-cut formats of gluten free corn and rice pasta.
